From the Ritual of the Blight quest introduced in Shattered Lines.
Located at 64.8S 59.3E in the middle of the Linvak Mountains in South Osteth. The High Mountain Valley portal southeast of Arwic at 26.2N 63.9E drops you near the node. The Lugian Citadel mansion statue also drops near here (1 of the 3).
The pyramid's light is strengthening, but there will be a long way to go before it is restored. It has not yet reached half strength.
Search for Blighted Dire Ursuins across the Linvak Mountains, they drop Blighted Mana Crystals. Give their trophies to the Node, see A Field Guide to Tainted Nodes for details.
