- Dropped by Olthoi Advance Guards in the Catacombs of Opposition.
- Does not stack.
- No timer on pick up.
- Hand it to Nanoc, Basher of Bugs in the Catacombs along with Leather Gloves to obtain an Olthoi Acid Katar.
