Description
An ancient Lugian fortress that is seemingly rising from the sea. It has the same layout as Linvak Tukal. Various Lugian relics are strewn about the city, including the Well-Balanced Lugian Greataxe. At the top of the center tower is a Lugian Lifestone.
Route
- Withered Atoll Lugian Mine (89.7S, 76.1W) contains the only portal to this location.
