• During the Cloak of Darkness event the Promissory Note was added as a random reward at the High Stakes Casinos.
• During the Lessons from the Past event A'nekshay Tokens were added to this Vendor.
• During the March Patch Hotfix:(8th May, 2014) - Promissory Notes were made tradeable as the Attuned and Bonded attributes were removed.
