• Found at the bottom of Sclavus Tunnels after a locked door (700 diff). You can either pick the door or get the Reinforced Door Key that drops on a specific Sclavus Acolyte of T'thuun that spawns next to the Charred Falatacot Journal on that's on the ground not far from the entrance (stick left).
