Special Properties: Crushing Blow, Biting Strike, Resistance Cleaving: Bludgeoning Skill: Heavy Weapons (Staff) Damage: 31.2 - 52 (44.4 - 74), Bludgeoning Speed: Average (40) (0) Bonus to Attack Skill: +15% (32%) Bonus to Melee Defense: +10% (27%) You must be at least level 140 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Atlan's Alacrity, Honed Control, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will, Elysa's Sight, Moderate Heavy Weapon Aptitude Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 180 Spellcraft: 500 Mana: 8000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.
