Casts the following spells: Yoshi's Blessing, Major Item Tinkering Expertise Activation Requirements: Item Tinkering: 400 Spellcraft: 350 Mana: 12000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Yoshi's Blessing (Increases the target's Item Tinkering skill by 40 points.) Major Item Tinkering Expertise (Increases the target's Item Tinkering skill by 15 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.)
