Walk Through

1. Speak to the northern most Royal Guard in Tou-Tou at 30.2S, 94.8E.
2. He asks you to kill 25 Shadows in Tou-Tou. Those on the periphery of Tou-Tou will not count.
3. Return to the Royal Guard for experience and Luminance reward.
