• One of the six Soul Crystals that imprisoned Bael'Zharon.
• Was found within the catacombs beneath Ithaenc Cathedral during the Should the Stars Fall event only.
• Dropped high level "phat" loot for its time.
• The above screenshot is of the Thistledown shard, which was so well defended by the players that in the end the developers had to intervene to destroy it.
• The shard was normally a level 126 creature; however, the defenders levelled the crystal up by sacrifising themselves to it.
