Damage: 28 - 40, Cold Used as ammunition by bows. Your base Bow must be at least 270 to wield this item. This item cannot be sold.

Stack size is 2,500.
Lighter than normal arrows (1/10 the normal burden of 10 each arrow).
Use a Spectral Chill Arrow Bundle to open it and make 2500 arrows. Costs 1 Ancient Mhoire Coin
There is no skill check to make, the bundle is no drop, but the arrows are givable once opened.
