Tou-Tou is a sho town at the end of a small peninsula north of Hebian-To.

Tou-Tou is part of the Arwic portal loop, one of the three main Portal Loops.

Portals to Tou-Tou can be found in Shoushi, Arwic, and Lin.

Tou-Tou contains portals to Arwic and Lin.

Tou Tou is also connected to Lytelthorpe and Uziz via the Haven Residential Halls Portal.

Additionally, the statue dungeon contains a portal to Cragstone.
