• A cave located in the Blackmire Swamp. It is guarded by 3 Mosswart Soul Trappers, 2 Mosswart Zealots and 11 Sewer Rats.
• Inside you will find the Minor Stinging Stone that is used in the Atlan Weapons. Also there is a Textbook which is just lore (take it to Bretself the Translator in Cragstone for translation). The parchment translates to Decree.

Route

• Start in Yanshi take the Swamp Temple Place Portal at 10.3S, 45.7E, from here it is a short run to the cave at 24.5S, 47.4E.
