A purplish, veined lump, pulled from the chest cavity of a Hea Tumerok hunting reedshark named Utelari Bonus to Mana Conversion: +5% Casts the following spells: Paralyzing Fear, Torrent Activation Requirements: Creature Enchantment: 225 Spellcraft: 270 Mana: 600 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

Paralyzing Fear - Causes the target to freeze in horror. Lowers quickness to 10.

Torrent - Increases the Target's quickness by 12 points.

In Discoveries, the following updates were made:
- +5% Mana Conversion added
- Magic Req. reduced from 300+ to 225+.
- Mana doubled to 600.
