Walk Through

1. Speak to the Royal Guard nearest to the road in Tou-Tou at 30.3S, 94.8E.
2. It asks you to kill 15 Void Lords in Tou-Tou. Those on the periphery of Tou-Tou will not count.
3. Return to the Royal Guard for an experience and Luminance reward.
