- Dropped by Wood Golems, Small Wood Golems and Forest Lords
- The Elysa's Favor Quest gives 3 Wood Hearts as a reward.
- There is a fixed spawn of Wood Golems at the start of the Folthid Cellar, they may drop hearts more often than normal due to their being part of the Dagger of Tikola Quest.
Uses
- Used in the Dagger of Tikola Quest to gain access to Folthid Cellar, part of the low level Bur Flagging quest. (Retired, Heart is no longer needed for quest, she just gives you the key when you talk to her)
- Used in Fishing to make a Fishing Pole.
- Used in Composite Weapons Quest for a Composite Crossbow: Hand your Wood Heart to Barnar the Tinker in Cragstone at 25.3N 49.1E to receive a Crossbow Stock.
- Harbinger Quest Item (Assess Creature Skill)
- Bring to a Stone Collector for 1,500 experience and 1,250 pyreals.
- Bring to a Trophy Smith for 1,000 experience and a Golem Jo (needed in Rumuba's Jade Spear Quest).
- Used in the Mnemosynes quest. Use Intricate Carving Tool on wood heart to create 3 Intricate Wooden Keys, used to unlock Tiny Mnemosynes.
- Difficulty: 100 Lockpick (50% chance of success)
- Use Intricate Carving Tool on Wood Heart to create Intricate Wooden Key
- You give Stone Collector Wood Heart.
- Stone Collector tells you, "Golem hearts are fine."
- You've earned 1,000 experience.
- Stone Collector gives you 1,250 Pyreals.
- You give Trophy Smith Wood Heart.
- Trophy Smith tells you, "A heart of wood."
- You've earned 1,000 experience.
- Trophy Smith gives you Golem Jo.
- Trophy Smith tells you, "The most understandable and natural golem heart. Quite pretty too."
- Xp rewards increased from 1,000 to 1,500 during the Learning From Experience event.
