Accessible during the Crests of a Turbulent Sea event only.

When the Controller Doll inside the previous Zaikhal Advanced Tower was defeated, a camp spawned outside this tower. At the camp was a Zaikhal Camp Major, when defeated it summoned a portal to the Zaikhal Middle Guard Camp, from which the Guard Tower could be accessed.

After the Controller Doll here was defeated, the camp to access the final Zaikhal Reinforcements Tower appeared.
