A Note from Mage Syltyn Rillon

Notes
- Originally found attached to a tree at 71.8N, 25.1E, along the road between Neydisa Castle and Bandit Castle. It was unintentionally removed, possibly when tree models were all updated for Throne of Destiny. All that remains is the glow.
