Jaenyn, Stone Shaper, an undead NPC, is found at the top of this dungeon. He has no special significance to the quest besides lore. You can hand him the notes you've picked up so far and he will will respond to them.

At the end of this dungeon is an Untranslated Note that can be give to Xavier, Royal Guard (found outside the portal at 0.7N 44.7E) for 4% of the xp towards your next level (Max: 6,645,123), 5 Gems of Stillness, and a MMD Trade Note (250,000).
