Obtained by exchanging a stamped Lucky Gold Letter between Shoushi and Rithwic.
In Shoushi, the town stamp is in Shreth Hive and stamped letters go to Oi-Tong Ye.
In Rithwic, the town stamp is in Old Warehouse and stamped letters go to Celcynd the Dour.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Crossbow to Missile Weapons, and the spells accordingly
