Obtained by exchanging a stamped Lucky Gold Letter between Nanto and Rithwic.
In Nanto, the town stamp is in Water Temple and stamped letters go to Shin Ro.
In Rithwic, the town stamp is in Old Warehouse and stamped letters go to Celcynd the Dour.
Retired as of the The Risen Princess event.
