Casts the following spells: Varies, see notes. Armor Level: 0 Slashing: Average (0) .8 Piercing: Average (0) .8 Bludgeoning: Average (0) 1.0 Fire: Poor (0) .2 Cold: Poor (0) .2 Acid: Poor (0) .1 Electric: Poor (0) .2 Nether: Average (0) Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 80 Spellcraft: 250 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds.

• During the From Darkness, Light event, the stats were updated and the level requirement increased from 20 to 40. The previous version is completely retired, all instances of the item were upgraded to the new stats.
• Comes with one of the following sets of spells:
