Bonus to Melee Defense: +0% Your base Missile Weapons must be at least 270 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Minor Missile Weapon Aptitude, Blood Drinker VI Spellcraft: 250 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.

May be given to Belinda du Loc for xp.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Thrown Weapons to Missile Weapons and the spells adjusted accordingy
