Captured by Eleonora du Bellenesse, Sir Bellas and Carlo di Cenza at The Shadow Pass after Eleonora defeated most of the forces of Varicci.^[3]^[4].

He led them into an ambush which resulted in the dead of both Eleonora and Bellas, something which was planned all along.^[5]^[6]
