Lower Corridor - Multiple portals found throughout the catacombs, see map
Deeper Catacombs (Black Death Catacombs) - Found in the Lower Corridor
Deeper Catacombs (Paradox) - Found in the south passage at the south end of the main room.
- Note: The Olthoi Ward Guardian must be dead for this portal to work (when killed won't respawn for six hours). See Aerbax's Prodigal Olthoi for details.

Notes

In Heart of Woe, the BDC was updated with more difficult Olthoi and portals were added for the Lower Corridor and Deeper Catacombs (Olthoi Weapons Quest).
In Intelligent Designs, a portal to the Deeper Catacombs (Paradox) (Paradox-touched Olthoi Egg Quest) was added to the dungeon.
In Corrupted Sovereigns, access to the Sealed Olthoi Passage (Prodigal Olthoi Queen) was made available via the Paradox Deeper Catacombs .
In Recollections, the Black Death Catacombs Quiddity Seed was added to the dungeon.
