The blighted energy that infuses this wand also consumes it after 24 hours. The blighted weapon hungers for the blood of Isparians and the weapon is much more effective against them. Special Properties: Human Slayer, Unenchantable, Attuned, Bonded Bonus to Mana Conversion: +1% (+2%) Your base Life Magic must be at least 300 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Hunter's Lash, Hieromancer's Boon, Inner Calm, Murderous Intent, Harlune's Boon, Major Mana Conversion, Mind Blossom Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 50 Spellcraft: 325 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Hunter's Lash (...and the blood shall pour down my throat and sate the thirst. Deals 70-180 points of slashing damage to a player/creatures before resistance is applied.) Hieromancer's Boon (Increases the target's War Magic skill by 40 points.) Inner Calm (Increases the target's Focus by 40 points.) Murderous Intent (I shall know my mindset and my prey will learn to fear. Increases the mana conversion bonus of a casting implement by 80%.) Harlune's Boon (Increases the target's Life Magic skill by 40 points.) Major Mana Conversion (Increases the target's Mana Conversion skill by 15 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.) Mind Blossom (Increases the target's Self by 40 points.)
