Casts the following spells: War Magic Mastery Other VI, Hermetic Link V, Endurance Self VI, War Magic Mastery Other VI, Invulnerability Self V

Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.

Can be turned into a Burun Slaying Sceptre by adding a Burun Soaked Soul Stone, which again can be turned into a Regal Sceptre by adding a Gem of Damage Addition

The Soul Stone slides into the center of the symbol of unity and charges the object with energy.
