Description
An Empyrean Stone Tower located atop a hill on an island just south of the Esper Mountain Range. A peddler is found at the top of the tower looking out over the lake.
Route
- From Stonehold, take the Regina Cottages portal at 69.7N 20.2W.
Creatures
Many Northern Osteth creatures spawn on the hill.
