Purchased from Marid the Stipend Vendor in Arwic.
During the Spring 2014 Event the following changes were introduced;
- The Item Spells Certificate, Life Spells Certificate, Creature Spells Certificate and Combat Spells Certificate spells were all changed from Level 7 to Level 8 spells.
