One of the Elemental Crystal Cisterns available during Live Events in August and September 2002 during the Elements of Revenge Story Arc
Portals with different level restrictions to different versions of the Cistern spawned in Dryreach on September 16th 2002. The last and final portal (restricted level 50 - 80) was accessible by PK only, and there was the possibility to defend or try to destroy the Cistern.
After the end of the event, Candeth Martine made an appearance.
