I have a specially prepared Dark Remoran fin which will hurt the Deep - just a little, but enough to interfere with its plans elsewhere, perhaps. Trust me when I say that this will help us - it just may not be evident how. Come back here when you are done and I will reward you."

Celestial Hand Walk Through

1. Head to the Celestial Hand Stronghold @ 39.7S, 83.6E in Hebian-To
2. Talk to Erline the Fleet and you will receive an Altered Dark Remoran Fin.
3. Now head to Dark Isle and hand your fin to The Deep.
4. You will be ported high above Fort Teth.
5. Head back to the stronghold and talk to Erline for your reward.

Radiant Blood Walk Through

1. Head to the Radiant Blood Stronghold @ 12.8N, 0.7E in Zaikhal
2. Talk to Rheda the Watcher and you will receive an Altered Dark Remoran Fin.
3. Now head to Dark Isle and hand your fin to The Deep.
4. You will be ported high above Fort Teth.
5. Head back to the stronghold and talk to Rheda for your reward.
