Take the Eastwatch portal in Sanamar and run west to the pass at 93N 47W. Once in the valley, run around the north mountain to 96.2N 48.1W.

There are three mirrors of the dungeon, commonly referred to as Mid, East and West
Tanada Nanjou Shou-jen spawn randomly in pairs after killing Olthoi Rippers.
There is an Exploration Marker in the egg room just before the exit portal at the bottom of the dungeon.
