Special Properties: Crushing Blow, Biting Strike, Resistance Cleaving: Electrical, Cast on Strike: Eye of the Storm

Uses quarrels as ammunition.

Your must be at least 360 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Eye of the Storm, Atlan's Alacrity, Temeritous Touch, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will
