One of the Cottage Purchase Items.
Initially retired when the new Gromnie armor sets were introduced in the From the Darkness Born event.
During the A Small Victory event, the shirt was once again made available for use with purchasing cottages by handing the Thick Gromnie Hide to an Agent of the Arcanum.
Originally, you received the shirt after handing the Ash Gromnie version of the Thick Gromnie Hide (Retired) to a Leather Crafter like you do with the current hide taken from a Swamp Gromnie.
