Sold by one or more shopkeepers.
During the Cloak of Darkness event the Massive Mana Charge was added as a random reward at the High Stakes Casinos.
During the Forces of Nature event the following changes were made;
- The value of Massive Mana Charges was dropped from 65,000 to 10,000.
