Quest dungeon for the Bleeargh's Gratitude quest. A Burun Ruuk Scamp drops six A Smelly Keys which your group can use on An Old Chest at the end of the dungeon to get the Necklace of Leerargh for Bleeargh. There is also a Rune Chest in an adjacent room (see map).
