- MLMT is a dungeon accessed by a portal near Mount Lethe that contains the PK Altar and which needs lockpicking to access it. It also holds the Pool of Lethe for the Water of Mount Lethe.
- During the The Iron Coast event, the creatures were updated including a Virindi Overseer which now also drops Lord Cambarth's Torn Journal.
