During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Crossbow to Missile Weapons, the spells adjusted accordingly, and a damage bonus of +2 added. The Activation requirement of Crossbow: 290 was removed and the Wield requirement changed from Level: 30 to Base Weapon: 250
Like all other weapons from this quest, this item became attuned & bonded during the Master of Arms event, making it only usable by the character which it was stored on during the patch.
