Notes
- Found at the end of the Ward Guardian Cave.
- Usually drops 1-2 Small Olthoi Venom Sacs.
- Part of the Aerbax's Prodigal Olthoi Quest.
- On death, makes the Deeper Catacombs (Paradox) portal in Black Death Catacombs active for six hours.
- Respawns six hours after being killed.
- Does hollow piercing and acid damage to the head, chest, and upper arms.
