Description
A lone igloo with 16 Stasis Wisps and a Runed Chest (6 day timer).
This was the original location for the Minor Shivering Stone before it was moved to an igloo at 42.7N, 49.8E during the Heart of Woe event.
Route
- Take the Far Horizon Cottages portal at 26.2 N, 46.3E west of Cragstone.
