You must be at least level 140 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Atlan's Alacrity, Honed Control, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will, Moderate Missile Weapon Aptitude

Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 180

Spellcraft: 500
Mana: 8000
Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.
