Speed: Average (35) (0)
Bonus to Attack Skill: +15% (32%)
Bonus to Melee Defense: +10% (27%)

You must be at least level 140 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Infected Caress, Elysa's Sight, Cragstone's Will, Atlan's Alacrity, Moderate Light Weapon Aptitude

Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 180

Spellcraft: 500
Mana: 8000
Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

May be traded (usable by other players/characters), quest is once per character, though you can exchange it for another (unlimited).
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Sword to Light Weapons, the spells adjusted accordingly and the base damage changed from 31 - 62 to 27 - 54
