Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded, Biting Strike, Ivoryable Bonus to Mana Conversion: +10% Your base Item Enchantment must be at least 120 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Return to the Keep, Celcynd's Blessing, Major Focus, Inner Calm, Major Item Enchantment Aptitude, Minor Willpower, Major Magic Resistance, Mind Blossom Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 275 Spellcraft: 450 Mana: 1000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

• To obtain this wand you must first complete the Shadow-touched Virindi Paradox Kill Quest, Shadow-touched Virindi Quidiox Kill Quest, Virindi Paradoxes Kill Quest, and Virindi Quidioxes Kill Quest.
  • Combine the Ornate Brass Banding and the Carved Wooden Shaft to make an Uncapped Magic Scepter.

• • Combine the Uncapped Magic Scepter with the Hardened Blue Crystal to make an Unpowered Magic Scepter.

• • Finally, combine the Unpowered Magic Scepter with the Barely Comprehensible Magic Scroll to make the Scepter of the Portal Currents.

• • When used, the sceptre will portal you to Candeth Keep.

• Wand allows you to recall to Candeth Keep (free up a tie)

• Hunt in the Prodigal Banderling dungeon for Quidioxes (3 on a decent timer) then hit up Dark Bobo's lair for the paradoxes
