Walk Through

Combine the Ornate Brass Banding and the Carved Wooden Shaft to make an Uncapped Magical Scepter.

Combine the Uncapped Magical Scepter with the Hardened Blue Crystal to make an Unpowered Magical Scepter.

You join the crystal to the brass ring, and it holds together.

Finally, combine the Unpowered Magical Scepter with the Barely Comprehensible Magic Scroll to make the Scepter of the Portal Currents.

You murmur incomprehensible words of magic over the scepter, and it gains a blue glow and feels slightly warm to the touch.
