Made by combining a Perfect Isparian Claw with a Shadowfire Stone. The change is permanent.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Unarmed to Heavy Weapons and the base damage upped from 11.7 - 26 to 22.5 - 50. The UA Activation requirement of 400 was removed.
