- The Paradox-touched Olthoi Ward Guardian inside the Ward Guardian Cave usually drops 1-2 sacs (but has a six hour respawn rate).
- Can be found in Grand Casino Chests.
- The following seasonal quests have Olthoi Venom Sac as possible rewards :
