A ghostly blue casting staff. Tendrils of ethereal light spill from it. This caster won't last long. This item expires in 3 days. Special Properties: Ghost Slayer, Dropped on Death, Crushing Blow, Biting Strike, Resistance Cleaving: Piercing Bonus to Defense Skill: +20.0% (+37%) Bonus to Mana Conversion: +15% (+26%) Damage bonus for Piercing war spells: vs. Monsters: +20.0% (+27%) vs. Players: 5.0% (+6.8%) You must be at least level 160 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: The Spike, Mystic's Blessing, Minor Focus, Minor Willpower, Major War Magic Aptitude, Cragstone's Will, Infected Spirit Caress Spellcraft: 475 Mana: 2700 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds. Spell Descriptions: The Spike (Shoots a bolt of force at the target. The bolt does 110-180 points of piercing damage to the first thing it hits.) Mystic's Blessing (Increases a magic casting implement's mana conversion bonus by 70%.) Minor Focus (Increases the target's Focus by 5 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.) Minor Willpower (Increases the target's Self by 5 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.) Major Willpower (Increases the target's War Magic skill by 15 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.) Cragstone's Will(Increases the Melee Defense skill modifier of a weapon or magic caster by 17%.) Infected Spirit Caress (Increases the elemental damage bonus of an elemental magic caster by 7%.)

Notes

• One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by Hurnmel the Smith from a Spectral Ingot
• Add a Spectral Binding Stone to create a permenant version, the Soul Bound Staff (Casting).
• May be traded either as the Casting Stamped Spectral Ingot or while the 3 day timer is counting down.
• Note that some spectral weapons lose their 160+ req when made soul bound, this isn't one of them, it retains a 160 req.
