Special Properties: Resistance Cleaving: Slashing, Cast on Strike: Horizon's Blades Skill: Finesse Weapons (Staff) Damage: 33.75 - 45 (50.25 - 67), Slashing Speed: Average (25) Bonus to Attack Skill: +13% (30%) Your base Finesse Weapons must be at least 350 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Horizon's Blades, Infected Caress, Elysa's Sight Activation Requirements: None Spellcraft: 350 Mana: 2,000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

• This item is found on the Bandits of the Creepy Chambers quest. This was the first weapon to use the Cast on Strike technology and was the only slash weapon available to staff users along with the Crop.
