Bonus to Melee Defense: +12% (+29%) Your base Missile Weapons must be at least 335 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Atlan's Alacrity, Boon of Refinement, Major Coordination, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 200 Spellcraft: 300 Mana: 3000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.
