A wand infused with the Heart of the Innocent. The wand appears to be guided by a preternatural force seeking flesh and blood with great tenacity. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded, Human Slayer, Ivoryable, Unenchantable Bonus to Mana Conversion: +1% (+?%) Your level must be at least ?? to wield this item. Your base Life Magic must be at least 300 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Hunter's Lash, War Magic Mastery Other VI, Moderate Mana Conversion Prowess, Focus Self VI, Murderous Intent, Life Magic Mastery Other VI, Willpower Self VI Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 50 Spellcraft: 325 Mana: x/800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Hunter's Lash (and the blood shall pour down my throat and sate the thirst. Deal 70-180 points of slashing damage to a player/creatures before resistance is applied) Murderous Intent (I shall know my mindset and my prey will learn to fear. Increases the mana conversion bonus of a casting implement by 80%)
