Found on the ground behind some pots at 99.2S 87.1W in the Ancient Lugian Fortress (on the central ramp up near the lifestone).
The axe is only attuned and bonded until you have handed it in for xp, after which it may be wielded by any character.
Respawn timer: ~5 minutes
Pickup timer: 27 days
Cleaves up to 3 enemies.
Hand to Mine Chamberlain for 15 mil xp. You get the Greataxe back.
During the Master of Arms event, the damage was upped from 18 - 24 to 21 - 28, and the weild requirement changed from Level > 150 to Skill > 400
